Responsibilities
Provides leadership for deliveries that are highly complex and multiproduct. Responsible for matrix management of other PMs delivering within the same project or workstream.
Develop delivery strategy e2e for the implementation, covering all aspects and functions. Able to guide and deliver a complex transformation project or workstream of a large program.
Responsible for creating and executing the program approach and plan, coordinating multiple projects and vendors, tracking KPIs and benefits, and managing program integration and PI planning.
Creating or approving the project initiation documentation, delivery approach, and success criteria, as well as providing input to the project or program delivery strategy and SDR.
Responsible for delivering the project within the allocated and agreed budget, scope, and time, managing risks and issues, ensuring quality standards, implementing delivery practices and methods, facilitating workshops and meetings, gathering requirements developing corresponding documentation with the requirements team or individually, resolving team conflicts, and coordinating integration and dependencies.
Expected to be closer to technical detail and delivery, managing and getting involved in gathering and management of functions/requirements.
Create and implement communication plans for different stakeholders, facilitate meetings and forums, establish project infrastructure, and manage senior level discussions and governance.
Create or input to the project budget and resource forecast, track the project delivery to budget, manae margin and P/L, and proactively handle issues and changes with the account lead.
Contribute to the Delivery practice or CSG improvement through the creation and/or leadership of initiatives, as well as mentorship and collaboration with less experienced PMs.
Education
University Project Management degree/certification, PMI PMP, PMI PgMP, SAFe RTE, SAFe SPC
Work Experience
8+ years both PM and delivery management experience with demonstrable large project or program experience
