Proven experience with SCCM design, implementation and administration in an enterprise environment.
Deep understanding of managing SCCM components including Distribution Points, Management Points and reporting services.
Strong understanding of Active Directory including Group policies, domain controllers and AD schema.
Knowledge on Microsoft InTune used for software deployments, auto updates and patching.
Knowledge on Windows Server, SQL and Network Infrastructure.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting SCCM and AD tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Experience with other IT Service Management tools or automation platforms.
