The Senior Consultant will lead the AEM support team with 6-8 years of combined expertise, ensuring high availability and performance of AEM environments. This role will involve addressing support activities and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize AEM performance. The key responsibilities include providing technical leadership, mentoring the team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, establishing best practices, overseeing deployments, and providing expert advice and guidance to clients. The ideal candidate should have 7 years of work experience and possess strong knowledge of AEM and related technologies. They should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently and in a team environment. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for managing and maintaining AEM environments, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance the overall performance of the systems.
