The ideal candidate should have 7 years of work experience and possess strong knowledge of AEM and related technologies. They should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently and in a team environment. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for managing and maintaining AEM environments, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance the overall performance of the systems.
