Client Relationship Management:

• Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Understand clients' unique challenges, goals, and needs to provide tailored solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service and communication.
• Understanding Retail/Business banking , Credit unions and superannuation

1. Sales and Business Development:

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to create customized proposals and solutions.
• Continuously seek new opportunities to expand our presence in IT sector.

2. Account Planning:

• Develop account plans and strategies for each client, outlining objectives and tactics.
• Monitor and report on account performance, revenue, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

3. Market Research:

• Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and emerging technologies.
• Use market insights to make strategic recommendations and adapt our offerings.
