Virtusa today announced the acquisition of InSource, LLC, a privately-held technology consulting firm with domain expertise in the insurance and healthcare industries. Under the terms of the agreement, InSource will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Virtusa. InSource employs approximately 50 experienced practitioners specializing in program management and IT strategy.

Virtusans Whole-heartedly Contribute to Andhra Pradesh Flood Relief
Last month's rains and floods affected millions of people in Andhra Pradesh, India. Virtusa CSR team initiated a relief campaign, encouraging Virtusans to contribute and donate to the relief activities. The campaign received huge support from Virtusans who came forward whole heartedly and donated money and material. Subsequently, the collected materials, which included clothes, utensils, medicines and groceries, were handed over to an NGO - GOONJ. The NGO will be transporting and distributing the material to the flood affected people. Virtusa CSR team volunteers will be visiting the Mahbubnagar and Kurnool districts, the worst flood affected areas of the state, to understand and identify how the collected money can be utilized.
