Many of our consultants hold Project Management Professional (PMP) and other certifications. We have managed a broad spectrum of business and technology projects, and we are familiar with traditional and iterative systems development lifecycles, business improvement processes, project portfolios, planning, and other project approaches.
For one client, we improved overall customer satisfaction ratings through the implementation of a standardized project management methodology for their software development system implementations.
