 Kris
Canekeratne co-founded Virtusa in 1996 based
on his core belief that software development
practices could and should embrace the same
efficiencies achieved by mature industries
such as automotive and manufacturing. Kris
oversees Virtusa's strategic direction and
all day-to-day operations. His stewardship
has been the driving force behind one of
the fastest growing software services firms
in the US with ten years of consecutive
growth. A large part of this growth is a
direct result of Virtusa's highly differentiated
Productization methodology.
Kris has had an inspiring
track record of creating and growing three
highly successful business ventures. In
addition to Virtusa, he co-founded edocs,
a leading provider of electronic account
management and customer care. Kris was one
of the founding team members at INSCI Corp.,
and was on the executive management team
that took the company public in 1994. Prior
to INSCI, Kris worked for IECA, a wholly
owned subsidiary of ADP, where he held technology
management positions in the critical areas
of software product development and systems
architecture. A graduate of Syracuse University
with a BS in Computer Science, Kris lives
in Westborough, MA with his wife and two
sons.

Smith |

 As President
and COO of Virtusa, Dan Smith leads Virtusa’s
global sales, marketing and delivery organizations.
Dan brings 20 years of experience leading
and growing large global IT services organizations.
Prior to Virtusa, Dan was a General Manager
at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where
he held sales, delivery, and P&L responsibilities
for the company’s largest business
unit, which included Insurance, Healthcare,
Life Sciences, Communications and Media
practices. Dan also pioneered the company’s
vertical go-to-market strategy and implemented
sales and account management models that
were adopted across the firm. During his
six-year tenure as a leadership team member,
the company grew from $25 million to over
$500 million.
Prior to Cognizant, Dan was a partner at
CSC Consulting, where he was responsible
for technical leadership, account management
and P&L. Prior to CSC, Dan was a technology
lead at Baker & Taylor and an instructor
at the Chubb Institute of Computer Technology.
Dan earned his Bachelor’s degree in
Political Science from Williams College
and an MBA from Rutgers University.

 Tom
Holler, Virtusa's Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance, has
over 18 years experience in finance and
operations. Tom has extensive experience
working with both established and emerging
companies. Before joining Virtusa, Tom was
CFO and Vice President of Finance at Cerulean
Technology (later acquired by Aether Systems),
a leading global supplier of wireless mobile
applications and services. Prior to Aether,
Tom worked at 3COM, Programart, Teradyne,
and Unisys. Tom received a Master of Business
Administration from Northeastern University
and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
from Wayne State University. |

| Tushara
Canekeratne |

| |
Tushara Canekeratne is a co-founder of
Virtusa Corporation. As a co-founder,
Tushara embodies Virtusa’s culture of
excellence and teamwork. From Virtusa’s
inception she played a pivotal role in
building the global operation and the
operating culture within Virtusa. Tushara
was instrumental in crafting Virtusa’s
initial vision, developing a world-class
delivery execution engine, while leading
global technical operations and securing
and nurturing client engagements.
Tushara assumed an advisory role in May
2006 and will continue to provide strategy
and guidance on key corporate initiatives
and client relationships. Prior to her
current position, she served as Executive
Vice President of Global Technical Operations.
During this 10 year period, Tushara had
world-wide responsibility for delivery
of global services and global operations
including the company’s unique Productization®
methodology, process, quality, client
delight and global delivery strategies
with oversight that stretched across four
countries supporting a distributed global
team. Tushara drove the company’s focus
on operational, engineering and people
excellence, and developed the business
processes and frameworks for continuous
improvement, organization scalability
and global alignment for successful execution.
Tushara initiated and spearhead Virtusa’s
client delight strategy providing critical
leadership, mentoring and rigor, and instilling
the factors that have contributed to Virtusa’s
engagement teams frequently exceeding
client expectations. She drove innovation,
leadership and teamwork within the organization,
creating a high-performance culture where
teams set and reset the bar of excellence.
In 1989, Tushara was a member of the founding
team at INSCI Corporation, a document
and archival management company.
As a key member of the management team,
Tushara helped take the company public
in 1994. At INSCI, the product developed
by Tushara was named ‘Product of
the Year’ in 1997 by the Association
of Imaging and Information Management
and Imaging Magazine. In the early years
she worked with leading Wall Street companies.
In May of 2006, Tushara received the Woman
Entrepreneur of the Year 2005 Award from
the Women’s Chamber of Commerce (WCIC)
of Sri Lanka.
Born in Colombo, Sri Lanka, Tushara had
her early education there. She holds a
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
and Mathematics from Loughborough University,
United Kingdom. Tushara is a member of
the Board of Trustees of Fay School, Southborough,
MA.

Modder |
| Executive Vice President and Managing Director Asian Operations |

 Keith
Modder, Managing Director - Asian Operations,
heads Virtusa's Advanced Technology Centers
in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and in Hyderabad
and Chennai, India. He counts over 22 years
of experience in the IT industry. Prior
to joining Virtusa, Keith held the post
of Managing Director of John Keells Office
Automation and Keells Business Systems Ltd.,
two leading IT/OA solutions companies in
the John Keells Group; one of Sri Lanka’s
largest blue chip companies. Keith had complete
P&L responsibility and systematically
built these companies, which collectively
represented IBM, Cisco, Lucent and Toshiba,
to be ISO-certified market leaders and very
profitable ventures of the John Keells IT
sector. Keith was a member of the IT Sector
Management Committee and was with the John
Keells Group for over eight years. He was
one of the youngest to be appointed to the
post of Managing Director. Prior to Keells,
he worked at DMS/WANG Laboratories for nine
years. Keith is a member of the Board of
Directors of the Lanka Software Foundation (Open Source),
and is an ICT Steering Committee Member
for the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce. |

John Gillis, co-founder of Virtusa and Executive Vice President, is responsible for Client Services and Business Development. Prior to joining Virtusa, John was a founder, Executive Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer of INSCI Corporation, a leading supplier of digital document repositories and integrated output management products and services. As a key member of the management team, John helped take the company public in 1994.
Prior to INSCI, John spent more than 20 years in sales and sales management with IBM, EXXON and Data General. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Stony Brook University.

Jim Francis, Senior Vice President, heads our Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) Business Unit. Prior to joining Virtusa, Jim was Vice President of Consulting Services and Managing Partner at Neovera, an IT consulting firm specializing in managed services. Jim was responsible for client consulting and delivery services with primary emphasis on infrastructure consulting and data center outsourcing.
Previously, Jim spent 18 years at American Management Systems (AMS), a $1 billion global IT consulting company. As Vice President within AMS’ Financial Services Group his responsibilities included strategy, global product management, application development, and outsourcing within AMS’ Corporate Banking practice.
Jim holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from State University at Binghamton, New York, and a BA in Business Economics from State College at Oneonta, New York.

 Raj Rajgopal leads Virtusa’s Communications,
Content, and Technology (CCT) Business Unit.
Raj brings fifteen years of services industry
experience with large enterprises both in
the US and Europe.
Prior to Virtusa, Raj spent thirteen
years with Gemini Consulting, the business
consulting arm of Capgemini, where he
helped large enterprise clients define
and implement their business strategies.
Most recently, Raj led Capgemini’s
US Communications and Media practice where
he helped rebuild and grow the practice
through several mergers. Prior to that,
Raj spent five years in London leading
and growing Capgemini’s European
practice focused on launching Communication
startups. Raj was instrumental in defining
and developing a transformational offering
integrating business and IT consulting
services that helped dramatically grow
Capgemini’s communications practice
and established Capgemini as the preeminent
service provider in the European wireless
industry.
Raj also served as the Executive Director
of “The Communications Futures Program”
at MIT, an effort to define the future
of the Communications industry. Raj has
an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management,
a Master’s in Computer Science from
Virginia Tech and an undergraduate degree
from the Indian Institute of Technology.

Hebert |

| |
 Marc Hebert is responsible for corporate
strategy, positioning, branding, public
relations, analyst relations and lead generation
programs. He also drives alliance relationships
for the company and heads its West Coast
operations.
From 1999-2005, as Executive
Vice President, Marketing and Alliances
for Sierra Atlantic, Marc was responsible
for defining and implementing corporate
strategy, marketing, lead generation, public
relations and alliances. He was also responsible
for maintaining a continuous flow of enterprise
level opportunities for sales to pursue,
and for creating strategic relationships
with category-leading software companies.
Prior to his appointment in 1999, he served
on Sierra Atlantic's Board of Directors
for three years.
Previously, Marc was vice
president of Enterprise Platforms Division
for Oracle Corporation where he was responsible
for the delivery of Oracle's products on
the Hewlett-Packard, Sun, and Compaq platforms.
In his eleven years at Oracle, he also pioneered
several other Oracle organizations: the
Chief Information Officer role, the Internal
Audit division, Oracle Manufacturing product
development, and Worldwide Alliances Technical
Services. Prior to Oracle, he spent eleven
years with Andersen Consulting managing
large systems implementation projects for
health care providers.
Marc is a recognized expert
on offshore outsourcing, the author of many
publications and has given dozens of invited
presentations on the subject to a variety
of audiences. He has appeared on CNN’s
Lou Dobbs Tonight, interviewed in Investor’s
Business Daily and has been widely quoted
in major media publications such as the
Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Fortune, Financial
Times, New York Times and Boston Globe about
offshore outsourcing.
Marc received a Bachelor of Science degree
in experimental psychology from Harvard
University, and an MBA from Stanford University. |

T. N. Hari, Virtusa’s Senior Vice President of Human Resources has over 18 years
experience in the field of Human Resources
Management.
Prior to joining Virtusa,
Hari was Vice President Strategic Human
Resources at IBM-Daksh and played a key
role in the seamless integration of Daksh
with IBM and the subsequent emergence
of IBM-Daksh as the biggest BPO Company
in India. Prior to IBM-Daksh, Hari spent
14 years at Tata Steel where he played
key roles in HR, Project Management, Corporate
Planning, Design Engineering and was successful
in driving several organization wide initiatives.
Hari has a Bachelor’s
degree in Mechanical Engineering from
the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai
and a Master’s Degree in Business
Administration from the Indian Institute
of Management, Kolkata. He has also co-authored
a book titled, “Back to Basics in
Management - A Critique of The Fabled
Management Mantras.”

Paul |

Santanu Paul is responsible for global delivery operations at Virtusa. His team is responsible for creating a common operating platform for business units that includes oversight of global delivery, workforce planning, software and service quality, practices and competencies, global technology, and business automation. In addition, Santanu also serves as general manager for the Hyderabad Advanced Technology Center.
Prior to Virtusa, Santanu was chief technology officer at Openpages, a market leader in corporate risk management solutions. Santanu was also co-founder and chief technology officer at Viveca, a B2B technology startup that Openpages acquired in 2001. He began his career as a research staff member at the IBM Thomas J. Watson Research Center in Yorktown Heights, New York, where his team designed Rainmaker, a distributed, peer-to-peer workflow system that was awarded a United States patent.
Santanu has a Ph.D. in computer science from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, where he was a recipient of the prestigious Rackham pre-doctoral fellowship and the IBM Canada fellowship. He has an undergraduate degree in computer science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. Santanu has published many articles in international journals and has spoken at conferences such as Java One, Comdex, and AIIM. His interviews and articles have appeared in the Economic Times, Financial Express, Business Standard, Business India, and BBC online. |

Izhar
joined Charles River Ventures in 1997. His
investment focus is on the enterprise software
and services areas. He is currently a director
of Yantra, Proficiency, ThinQ, iPhrase,
ThinkFire, July Systems, and Virtusa. He
is also a member of the Advisory Board of
the Invention Science Fund. Previously,
he served as a director for iBasis (NASDAQ:IBAS),
invested in Oberon, which was acquired by
OnDisplay (NASDAQ:ONDS), Guardent, acquired
by VeriSign (NASDAQ: VRSN), Global Food
Exchange which was acquired by Instill Corporation,
and Celarix, acquired by GXS.
Prior to joining Charles
River Ventures, Izhar was with Onyx Interactive,
an interactive training company based in
Tel Aviv where he served as vice president
of marketing and business development. Izhar
also served as an officer in the Israeli
Army for four years prior to Onyx.
Izhar earned an MBA from

Bob
Davoli has 20 years of experience in the
high technology industry. He joined Sigma
in 1995. Previously he was President and
CEO of Epoch Systems, the leading vendor
of client-server data management software
products. He sold the firm in 1993 to EMC
for $141 million. Earlier, he was the Founder,
President and CEO of SQL Solutions, a leading
purveyor of services and tools for the relational
database market. He sold SQL Solutions to
Sybase for stock eventually worth over $100
million. Today the SQL Solutions consulting
and system administration tools division
of Sybase has over $300 million in annual
revenues. He served as an executive officer
of Sybase for over two years.
Mr. Davoli has a B.A. in
History from Ricker College and studied
Computer Science at Northeastern University
for two years. He has been responsible for
Sigma's investments in Aprimo, CapitalEngine,

Dazel Corporation, edocs, Virtusa Corp.,

Andy
is Executive Managing Director of Globespan
Capital Partners and is based in the firm's
Boston office. He serves or has served on
the boards of Ocular Networks (acquired
by Tellabs), Silknet (NASDAQ: SILK), edocs,
Idiom Technologies, Incipient, Silicon Dimensions,
and Virtusa . Andy has also led investments
in Aptis Communications (acquired by Nortel
Networks), Argon (acquired by Siemens),
Cerulean Technology (acquired by Aether),
Net Perceptions (NASDAQ: NETP) and Pirus
Networks (acquired by Sun Microsystems).
Prior to Globespan, Andy
was Senior Managing Director of JAFCO Ventures,
where he established the Boston office in
1997. Previously, Andy directed Trans National
Group's venture investing. Andy negotiated
TN's investment in Infoseek (NASDAQ SEEK),
Interzine (acquired by TimesMirror), and
International Data Response Corporation
(acquired by Telespectrum; NASDAQ TLSP).
Earlier, Andy worked in the Corporate Development
Department at Kikkoman Corporation's Tokyo
headquarters for four years. Andy has also
worked at Booz-Allen & Hamilton in the
Marketing Intensive Group and at OPTA Food
Ingredients. Andy received an AB in East
Asian Studies and Economics, magna cum laude,
from Harvard College and received an MBA,
with Distinction, from Harvard Business
School . Andy serves on the Board of the

on the fundraising and admissions committees

Since
retiring from PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP,
[PwC] in July of 2002, Ron’s principal
areas of focus have been membership on public
and private boards and not-for-profit boards
and activities. As a senior partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers
LLP, Ron fulfilled diverse roles within
governance, operations and client services.
He served from 1980 to 1998 as Chairman
of the National and Co-Chairman of the Global
Technology Industry Programs. He also cofounded
and was co-chair of the firm’s Government
Contractors Industry Program (1976-1980).
His extensive client experience includes
significant engagements for both public
and privately held companies from startup
to integrated regional, national and global
enterprises, as well as governance activities
for public, private and not-for-profit institutions.
An effective communicator, Ron has written
on broad topics affecting the industry,
and his speaking experience includes congressional
testimony.
Ron has an MBA from Boston
University (1969), an MS in taxation from
Bentley College (1977) and a BS from the
College of the Holy Cross (1964). |

Martin
brings over three decades of leadership
experience to Virtusa’s board. He
has served as a member of the board of directors
of Staples since 1987, where currently he
is a Lead Director. He is also the President
of Brandot, LLC, a holding company with
equity interests in thirteen companies making
apparel and textile products. From 1978
to 2003, Martin was a member of the board
of directors of Limited Brands and also
served in the capacity of Cleared Advisor
to the United States Department of Commerce
on textile trade related issues. Prior to
that, Martin was the founder, President
and CEO of Mast Industries, Inc., one of
the largest international producers of apparel
with annual sales of more than $1.5 billion.
He received his Master's
Degree in Industrial Management from MIT
Sloan School of Management, where he currently
serves on the Dean’s Advisory Council.
