Our 10+ years of partnership with edocs (later Siebel, and now Oracle) is the source of our deep domain experience and rich expertise with edocs products.
For over ten years, Virtusa has assisted edocs build and maintain its flagship product by providing the following services:

We provide a complete range of services on the edocs Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) platform including application development, performance tuning, maintenance services and migration services. Under our partnership, we also helped edocs to design and develop its eaSuite of products – eaDirect and eaPay.

Virtusa has deep expertise in the eaSuite products: eaDirect, referred to as eStatement; and eaPay, referred to as ePayment. Our edocs expertise includes Communication Billing Manager (CBM), which is the next generation of eaSuite (eStatement and ePayment). The edocs product suite (self-service, online service and e-billing applications) is now fully integrated with Oracle’s Siebel CRM and Business Intelligence applications. |

Consulting: We offer consulting services to define our client’s collaboration needs. We use an application development framework and migration methodology in our customization, roadmap definition, product evaluation, feature mapping and migration offerings.
- Performance Tuning: The deployment of edocs EBPP requires significant time and effort in code analysis, system performance, database tuning, system tuning, product configuration and re-configuration. We have deep skills to streamline these tasks for our clients.
- Migration Services: We help clients migrate to the latest platform versions (Oracle eaSuite 4.7, formerly Siebel eStatement & Siebel ePayment), including database migration and application server setup. We analyze the existing product version and environment, perform a gap analysis, develop a suitable upgrade and migration strategy, and rollout the migration.
- GUI Development: We help clients in online billing statement presentation, data mapping and view creation (data extraction, business logic, HTML).
- Sustenance, Integration and Enhancement: We help clients with enhancements to support additional functionality outside the core platform, including system integration, consolidation support (e.g., adapters, data migration), sustenance or defect triage, patch releases and support services.
