About the Briefing
As you know, there has been a phenomenal rise in outsourcing software product development to offshore destinations in recent years. Research shows that over half of enterprise software vendors successfully leverage the global model to get the most out of their R&D investments. However, offshoring does not always translate into the anticipated cost savings and productivity gains. A dizzying array of choices confronts software executives in achieving that value. |
| |
This seminar for software product executives will give you insight into how offshore partnerships can best deliver the desired payback quickly. Leonard Rainow will share his intimate experiences with the offshore model. He will discuss I-many's transformational approach to executing Software Development, Quality Assurance, Professional Services and full Software Lifecycle Support.
When it comes to Offshoring - How do you really measure the value you get in hard dollar terms?
